Pierre-Cyril DUGAST has spent his entire career working in the hospitality and tourism sector. After starting out as Marketing & Sales Director at Lenôtre, he became Assistant Managing Director at Connect Factory where he was responsible for business development. In 2007, he became the Assistant Managing Director of Publicis Meeting, joining the Lever de Rideau agency in 2008 as Associate Director in charge of sales and development.
Pierre-Cyril DUGAST is the now founder and CEO of Come To The World.

Having worked in commercial tourism for 20 years, Muriel OVADIA has a thorough knowledge of the events management sector and a huge amount of experience in organizing tailor-made events. After spending 12 years as Director of Development and Production at the agency Objectif Insolite, Muriel joined Publicis Meetings as co-manager of the Pharmaceutical Department, before helping to integrate the agency Lever de Rideau in order to co-manage the Incentives Department. She then spent 5 years working with the agency Terre Events, before joining the team at Come to the World where she is now a Deputy Managing Director.

Having worked in the industry for 20 years, Nathalie Maillard is an expert in the field of commercial tourism and incentive trip management. After working for Havas Communication and later for Connect Factory, in 2012 she took up the post of Accounts Manager at Come to the World.

20 ans d'évènements réalisés en agences surtout en sciences et santé (pour le compte de sociétés savantes, d'associations de patients & pour l'industrie de la santé).
Après avoir fondé et dirigé l'agence Proxima Médias (Production, Audiovisuel, Communication), Farid rejoint Come to the World afin de coordonner et créer des évènements essentiellement destinés à la Communauté Scientifique.

After a master in International Business at Neoma Rouen Business School and a first experience, as a communication officer in a hotel complex in Asia, Manon Courciéras joined Come to the World as a Junior Project Manager.
